Sergi’s paper on real-time processing has been accepted by AGILE 2015

The paper “Real-time anomaly detection from environmental data streams” has been accepted as full paper for the coming AGILE 2015 conference. It designed an architecture for real-time processing of environmental data using Storm. A proof-of concept implementation demonstrates a computation topology to consume real-time data streams of observations as tuples (spout), process them using the CUSUM statistical method (bolt), and visualize the results in a web mapping application.
