On March 6th the Students participating in the Erasmus Mundus Master in Geospatial Technologies, of the Universitat Jaume I defended their thesis. This Master has been recognized by the European Commission as one of the most excellent programs in Europe within the prestigious Erasmus Mundus program. This is a 90 ECTS master’s degree taught in English, by the Universitat Jaume I, the Universidade Nova Lisboa (Portugal) and the University of Münster (Germany).

Professors from these universities made up the thesis board.

The Master’s thesis defenses deal with multiple issues related to GIS and Geospatial Technology. The students who presented their thesis are: María del Pilar Careaga Reyes (Mexico), Constancio Amurrio Garcia (Spain), Alexey Eskov (Russia), Hernán Cortés Rodríguez (Spain).
