With the submission of the deliverable D4.4. (Service design), the design phase of the ERMES system is achieved and we enter in the implementation phase. Next year is especially important, as the second user meeting with stakeholders and farmers will take place in Valencia by the end of March, where we will show off the first version of the prototype application of the ERMES geoportal. Next months will be critical and quite intensive in terms of developing the server and client sides of the geoportal, sketching the mobile app to collect in-situ data, and to enable the connection between the geoportal and the crop model in order to run simulations with real datasets and visualize them through the geoportal.
