A Scientific talk on “Geogames: Design issues and research findings”
During the first week of March, University of Bamberg Prof. Christoph Schlieder visited us again in the context of the GEO-C project. It was a great opportunity to learn and discover recent developments and ideas in geogames mechanics and technology. Prof. Schlieder gave a research talk on “Geogames: Design issues and research findings”, addressing to GEO-C PhD students and Erasmus Mundus on Geospatial Technologies students but was open to anyone else interested in the latest developments in geogames. His lecture was organised in three main sections, covering game design and game research, locomotion in games, and VGI related games, with plenty of examples and lively discussion with the audience.
