This weeek University of Olumouc (Czech Republic) organises the International scientific conference: Cross-Cultural Perspectives of PhD Students and Their Preparation with Focus on Diversity and Interdisciplinarity

Professor Francisco Ramos ran a workshop about How to Present Data  focusing on:

1. Is important the design? 2. I like that font 3. Are these colors right? 4. The power of images 5. Presenting Data

The second part leaded the students to the practical activities. Students worked with the old presentation they did or used in the past (poster, powerpoint) and modified it following the recommendations they learnt in the first part. The most important modifications they did were shared and discussed with the rest of the attendants.
