@geotecUJI attends first #winter @A_WEAR_Project school in @TampereUni

The first A-WEAR Winter School took place last week in Tampere, Finland (2-5 December). The school included a practical workshop and some theoretical lectures about communication technologies, positioning, privacy and ethics addressed to the Early Stage Researchers (ESRs) and supervisors. The ESRs had also the opportunity to introduce themselves and interact with all the members of the project, including supervisors from the Industrial partners.

The event was plenty of social activities not only to discuss scientific contents in a more relaxed and informal way, but also to socialize and strengthen the network. Some new research ideas and collaborations wereborn during the coffee breaks.

The last day, the supervisors and ESRs had the opportunity to discuss with the Project Officer, who congratulated us for the great network we have built.
