Despite of COVID19, our colleague Sergi Trilles started this month a blended research stay at European Commission – Joint Research Center (Ispra, Italy), in the Circular Economy unit, where he will further research on the edge computing paradigm and how complex algorithms can be executed inside IoT devices.Â
Sergi’s research period will last ’till September 2021 and it has been funded by the Jose Castillejo program.
