Symptoms-JIT: 2025 in review #ScienceDissemination
In 2024, we worked in the SyMptOMS-JIT project (Maximizing the efficacy of in vivo exposure therapy using smartphone-assisted just-in-time adaptive intervention for anxiety disorder) on preparing and updating the tools needed to develop the randomized control trial planned. In 2025, we then perfomed the recuritment process and started the trial with the first patients. More patients will follow in 2026. Below we summarize the most relevant dissemination activities in 2025, including oral presentations, pitches, posts, press releases, interviews, etc.
[Oral presentation] X Research Conference of the Faculty of Health Sciences at the Universitat Jaume I (X Jornadas de Investigación de la Facultad de Ciencias de la Salud). On April 8-9, 2025, Iratxe presented the project during this local event.

[Oral presentation] 8th European Society for Research on Internet Interventions (ESRII) 2025 conference. On October 2025, Iratxe presented in Vilnius an oral presentation titled “Qualitative analysis of the first experiences of users of SYMPTOMS-JIT: an app for in vivo exposure in anxiety disorders”. She presented the qualitative data and CQR methodology regarding the interview content of the three patients who tested Symptoms app in December 2024.
